Early Start!
All classes are taught using the most safe, fun and exciting teaching methods. The classes will cover a variety of training routines and exercises. Effective self-defence / Stamina & endurance / Accuracy / Fitness / Flexibility / Balance / Martial art weapon training Praying mantis kung fu.
There are also awards of merit and achievement to encourage and develop confidence in each child. Student of the month certificates / Class attendance awards / Merit Badges & stickers/ Grading badges and much more. 1
HOUR CLASS ( FAMILY DISCOUNT )
SPECIALIZED PARENT – CHILDREN CLASSES These are great classes for parents to get involved with their children and spend time with them while getting fit at the same time. These classes are designed to allow parents to train in the same class as their children , instructors will pair adult with adult and child with child, only those adults with children in the class are allowed to participate, parents also have the option of just sitting in and watching the class. and hard, up and down, moving etc. After training chy sau you will experience a heavy feeling in your arms due to the method of training, this will not be a dead feeling as the power is live and emanates from the bones leaving one feeling alive with energy
( FAMILY REDUCTION ) 1 HOUR CLASS
All classes have been designed to bring out the best in each individual child and help them reach their full potential , build confidence and self- esteem in a fun and exciting way.However training in the martial arts requires hard work and self discipline regardless of age. Classes will be fun with awards and merits for all children but we must stress that the classes are not a play school replacement, these are martial art classes for children with tradition and etiquette that has to be followed in order for the child to progress to a higher level in their martial art training.
